Launching Reviver Flow
What started with a need to make waste handling more efficient for a single plastic recycler has grown into something bigger.
Now, Reviver is taking the next step into the construction industry.
Together with HSH and Neumann Bygg, we are bringing the technology and experience we have built across the waste and recycling value chain to construction sites, helping make waste handling more efficient, traceable and data-driven.

From waste to value
Construction sites generate significant amounts of waste, across multiple fractions and locations. At the same time, it can be challenging to maintain a complete overview of what is generated, when it needs to be collected, where it goes next, and what value the materials can actually represent.
This is where Reviver comes in.
Our solution is designed to automate parts of the waste-handling process and create a more efficient flow between construction sites, transport providers and waste recipients.
The first six waste fractions are already up and running, and we are now closely following several sites. One of these is the site at Torridalsveien, where Tobias Bjerkholt Svensson and Tor Oskar Wilhelmsen recently visited to inspect the setup and see how the solution works in practice.
This is where the real value is created – when technology meets the practical needs of everyday operations.
Automation that creates better visibility
The goal is the same wherever we enter the value chain:
- Automate waste collection
- Utilise available capacity in trucks that would otherwise run empty
- Provide better and more accurate reporting
- Create greater visibility and traceability across the value chain
- Strengthen the economics of waste management
For us, digitising waste management is not simply about moving manual processes onto a screen. It is about connecting the different players in the value chain, reducing inefficiencies and ensuring that more waste can be given a new value.
That is at the heart of Reviver: giving value to waste through technology.
One step at a time
This collaboration is also an important example of how we want to develop Reviver going forward.
We are not building a solution for just one industry or one type of player. We are building a platform that can work across value chains where the need is the same: better visibility, more efficient logistics, stronger documentation and greater value from the resources we already have.
With HSH and Neumann Bygg, we are now taking this work onto the construction site.
